Automated adjustment processing

Virgin Media have a system which manages the generation and approval of approximately 2000 adjustment requests per month. Before PhixFlow, these adjustments had to to be manually keyed into the relevant billing system and then confirmed as processed. This was a full time job for one member of staff. As part of an efficiency drive, we configured an application in PhixFlow which now automatically monitors all authorized requests, creates the necessary adjustment in the appropriate billing system and then confirms that the adjustment had been applied successfully.
